Our admissions process starts with a phone call or electronic communication from the hospital or from a loved one to check availability of spots and how we can help. For long-term placement, we often coordinate with the families and primary care physicians.
Our clinical team reviews the referral or inquiry to confirm we can accommodate all the recommended medical protocols and to determine how soon we can admit you or your loved one. In most instances, we move along quickly, working collaboratively with the key referring medical professionals to speed your entrance to our facility.
Of course — pre-COVID — we regularly met with families and prospective patients to tour our facility, check out our rehab center, and engage with our staff.
