We are seeking RNs and LPNs with good communication and organizational skills, ability to take charge and lead their team, while also being a team player – RNs and LPNs who wants to make a positive impact on our wonderful team.

Hattie Ide Chaffee Home is a 60-bed non-profit nursing community, with our own in-house therapy team. We are top-rated, offer a warm intimate environment, and pride ourselves on the care we provide to our residents and their families. Our team is very dedicated, and our residents are engaging.

All RNs and LPNs must be registered and licensed in Rhode Island. Nursing Home experience is a plus.

Overall Responsibilities: Our RNs and LPNs are responsible for supervising and managing their assigned team. They will communicate with doctors, families, and most importantly, the residents. Communication is key to structuring the best care for our residents. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing. All aspects of the role must be in accordance with current Federal, State and Local Regulations. Our residents are fabulous and we strive to be the best at meeting all their needs.
